The idea

Me a software developer and my wife a home exec , decided to embark on a new journey to become wiser, somewhat richer and I suppose just a little more interresting. I had allways wondered about these farms using plastic tunnels observed from the airoplane that flew me to my next meeting, software installation or conference, and intrigued by them started googling for some more info. What appealed to my somewhat controlling nature was the promise of being able to produce food in a controlled environment, not exposed to storms, hail , exesive rainfall, drought, pests, temperature fluctuations and those goodies that make traditional farmers go ... O Well , another crop lost... maybe next season! So our journey started. Now let me make something quite clear up front, this blog will not be an attempt to sugar coat, cherry pick intel or cover up anything, rather it will be an honest look at what we have acheived in the past four seasons, hopefully someone might find it somewhat informative.
